Grateful Project Day 29: Efficiency in Government Service

I am grateful that transacting business with the Cainta Municipal Hall is no longer an ordeal. I used to dread the start of the year, because it meant having to get new residence certificates and professional tax receipts. In the past, that meant braving long lines in hot and humid rooms. This morning, I was pleasantly surprised when I finished everything in less than 10 minutes. No more red tape. I hope that service in government offices will always be like this.
