I embarked on this Grateful Project at the start of the year for a number of reasons. One of them was to make me feel happier. I felt that if I found one thing everyday that I should be grateful for, then that was reason enough to be happy. Bong always tells me that happiness is a choice. So I am trying to make that choice everyday. Of course, there are days when that choice doesn’t come easy. But for the most part, I think I have been successful at it.
Today, a friend of mine posted this article on Facebook. The title of the article is “25 Science-Backed Ways to Feel Happier”. I am so grateful for this article. Here’s to more happy days ahead.
