Grateful Project Day 128: Dinner By The Kids

In their next venture into cooking, the kids decided to serve Fried Chicken Fillet and Corn with Carrots. This was the second time they prepared the meal. Bong was discouraging them from frying because he thought it might be dangerous. But I felt that they are old enough to learn how to do it themselves. I don’t do a lot of frying at home because I hate the spattering of the oil. When they’re with my mother-in-law, however, she cooks Fried Chicken for them and that was what they wanted to do. At first, all they wanted to cook was the chicken but I insisted that they learn to cook a side dish with it. So they went with Corn and Carrots. Here is their finished product:
